This year marked our third successful WFC Meet at H2O International in Ocean City, MD. Every year things get bigger and better. This meet has become the dwelling place for all the East Coast WFC homies as it is right in the middle of everybody. We even had a member (distorto) come out all the way from Texas!! Unfortunately this year our meet came to a screaching halt as ownership at Sunsations decided to no longer be a willing host for our meet even though in the couple hours we were in attendance the store recieved more traffic than anyone had seen all weekend. This is the reason for limited covered. At the same time we were super cramped for parking since the crew has been steadily growing out here. Although all good things must to come to an end, it was time for us to move on from this location. Next year we will be at a different location off the strip with plenty of free parking allowing for a more organized showcase and a guaranteed spot for each and everyone one of members to come hang out and rep WFC to the fullest. Stay tuned for details on our forum. Head to http://www.wrongfitmentcrew.com for more.

Thats all for now check back for the final pix and some one on one action!

A meet you didn’t want to miss, and if you did, be thankful we have media such as Instagram, Facebook, Car blogs, etc. But to be there in person is a whole other experience, such as twerking, army short tug a war… red noise dancing, and speaker blowing good mixing on the 1’s and 2’s. The wfc fest was pretty much a family get together, family we haven’t see in person for months and just family and friends we haven’t see all week. Another then that, we just had a blast at our good friends from SAE Motor Sports. A day in SD with a group of spotless cars and stupid funny friends, what else can you ask for?! Ok Ok OK I know what you asking yourself right now, Sure you want to see Pogi dance! Bet your shorts he and the rest of the crew got down and show SD whats really good! But anyways, less talking more pictures! BUT! Before we start, I didnt take the best coverage of the cars, So please check out my boy Marcus and the other great shooters in the scene on there sites. Enjoi!

Grounded, when you think of that word what do you picture? You for sure know that it has to do with lowered car right? Well lets hope you where thinking that instead of being punish for doing something bad.. because we all had our times. But anyways, Grounded is a family of friends who got together and figured this name suits them well with their cars. Many of you might know some of the cars in this post and some may not, but at the end its all one big family. With drama on the pass, few of the members just said hey, we are a bunch of car guys with the same love of cars, lets keep it that way. To be honest, this is true in my point of view. But anyways lets get on with the good stuff. Grounded had a little BBQ out in Simi Valley this pass week and me and my partner in crime Andrew said Hey! why not, free food, good people we haven’t see in a min, and most importantly.. CARS! The turn out was pretty good and the food was AMAZING! Let me tell you! Rico owner of the 240sx with gold SSR makes the best burgers in town! I put my money on it. (make me a burger if your up for the challenge!) With burgers, hot dogs and links on the grill, chips and cookies and little JD on the side, man it was just the best! Good times Grounded. Well here the recap from the BBQ. Thanks for having us!

A name you have probably heard of but never understood, MOONEYES. Dedicated to the life, love, music & cars every year this meet is anticipated by many and attended by all. From hot rods to rat rods, Harley to triumph it was all here. Bagged and static was not a foreign concept to these people as they understood exactly what REAL fitment is all about. Being a part of this event and experience was mind blowing because of the craftsmanship these people put into their cars. Many of you stance heads can relate to many of them because of blood, sweat and tears you put into your personal builds. As you scroll down this immense selection of photography try and pay mind to the small things because every time I walked around to see the cars/bikes I found something new every pass. From pennies to welds, rosaries to serapes (Mexican blanket) the culture lives and breathes through their mind, souls and bodies.

We are used to such things as trailer queens, but that didn’t exist today. all race cars and gassers were DRIVEN to and from the meet. Feeling the rumble in my chest was an unforgettable experience and I wish you could have been there with me. But for now all I can say is if you ever get a chance to be a part of something like this, take it because you wont be disappointed.

“hey camera guy!” is where my day got interesting and made some new friends. Being introduced left and right to new people and getting up close and personal with the loves of their lives, the cars. This select group of people reminded me a lot of WFC in the simple fact that they go to shows, chill with fam along with possible consumption of adult beverage. “as long as your cool and about good vibes your more then welcome to hang with us” This quote to me is what the automobile world has always been about but of course over the years like everything else it gets mangled and twisted until its sadly forgotten.

I was told by a few of these guys that this is all they know, they don’t have friends or homies. All they have is family and wouldn’t want it any other way. Working 40+ hours a week for the dough to go straight to the ride. Familiar eh? those of you reading this are probably nodding your heads in agreement. But I could ramble about this all day, for now I just want you to feast your eyes on some raw, graphic automobile and motorcycle content that should only be done sitting down because possible passing out may occur.

So we come to the end of WFLA with this last post. All the good people we’ve met and some of the OGs we haven’t seen in forever. Times like this make really good car shows. No drama, no beef, just straight up cars and good people and a family we call ourself Wrong Fitment Crew.
